If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, you can use order tracking to help you find it.
How to track your order
The tracking code for your order can be seen in your VFS account after we have dispatched your order. Click here to login and receive your tracking code.
You can also use the Australia Post website – your tracking code will be in your order dispatch email.
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you track down your discreet package of pleasure.
