Receiving Your Emails
After you’ve ordered your new vibrator or massager, you will receive an email confirming your order.
We have great news. Any orders sent to you will be strategically cryptic in a way. No one will know what you’ve ordered except you. No surprises will be ruined and no one at work will ask any questions.
How will I know where my package is?
Our discreet emailing system will send an email notifying you when your special toy is on its way. There will be instructions on how to track your package in the email, as well as a link. You simply need to log in to your account and you will be able to track all packages there. Once you have received and signed for your package, we will send an email to confirm it was in fact delivered to you and not your neighbour.
You can always send us an email if you are worried about your package arriving in time for your next vacation or friend’s birthday party.
What about the emails I send you?
We do our best to reply to all emails we receive as soon as possible. You can email us about delivery and product queries, general questions on adult toys, and complaints; although, we’re sure you won’t have many of those because our products are a grade above the rest. If you have a pressing issue, it would be best to give us a call so we can resolve the matter quicker. You can also send an email if you need to change anything from the delivery address to the date of the delivery. Just remember we do not accept returns if the box is open and you have a 30 day warranty on all products purchased.
